A: Autographs that are obtained by us at stadiums, racetracks, and other facilities we don't provide COA's
A: Autographs that are obtained at private signings will come with either a photo of the player/driver signing or a COA from the representative holding the product signing.
Q: Do you inspect the jerseys before they are shipped?
A: Yes, in fact we inspect all jerseys prior to being listed
Q: I'm not sure what size jersey to order?
A: Email us or call us, we can tell you which size would be right for you
Q: I placed an order, but my item says backordered?
A: There are times that we do run out of jerseys/jersey sizes
A: If your item is backordered, we do our best to have it back in stock within 1 to 2 weeks
Q: How am I compensated for the delay?
A: When your jersey size becomes back in stock, we upgrade to Priority Mail shipping at no extra cost to you
Q: Why should I preorder a jersey?
A: Popular jerseys are sometimes limited to how many we receive; preordering guarantees you your jersey
Q: I preordered a jersey or my jersey is backordered and I paid by credit card, will my card be charged immediately?
A: Yes,all credit cards will be charged upon placing your order. This policy has been changed due to the recent number of bad credit cards.
Q: I preordered or my item is backordered and I paid by Paypal, what happens now?
A: Your Paypal payment is held in our Paypal account until your item is ready to be shipped
Q: Do you wholesale your products?
A: Yes, we do wholesale, however a minimum quantity must be purchased for wholesale pricing
Q: I want to order wholesale, how do I do that?

A: Yes, we offer the lowest price on the internet for Bell Helmets

A: We ask, before you purchase from us, search the internet and compare prices

A: Most questions are answered immediately; there are times when we need to contact Bell for verification or stock on an item; in this case, as soon as we have the answer, we communicate it with you

A: Yes, we provide tracking #'s for all packages shipped
Q: My package shows delivered, but I didn't receive it?
A: Unless you insure your package, once it shows delivered we are not responsible
Q: Do you offer faster shipping than just standard?
A: Yes, we offer Priority & Express shipping; additional charges apply
