Kasey's Pit Stop offers the following Returns Policy:
On jersey purchases, we only refund if we ship you the wrong size.
Shipping Charges: - We charge a standard shipping charge of $4.95 for all U.S. customers.
- Standard Shipping is defined as our best shipping method to ship your item and get it to you as quickly as possible
- All our orders come with tracking numbers for your convenience and guarantees that your item has been delivered.
- Delivered is defined as your tracking number showing the item has been delivered
- We are not responsible for items that show delivered, however may have been stolen from your property if left unattended.
- We offer available options such as signature delivery, which incur an extra charge
- There are times when we will include signature confirmation at no cost to you.
- We offer 2-3 day delivery & Next Day delivery. These services incur higher shipping charges.
Shipping Methods: - Shipping methods is defined as the shipping services we use
- The following are: USPS, UPS & FedEx
- For Standard Shipping we will use the method of our choice; please do not ask us to ship it a certain way
- Most items shipped Standard Delivery are shipped with USPS, however at times we will use UPS & FedEx to ship items Standard Delivery.
- If an item is being shipped UPS or FedEx, you do need a physical address as UPS & FedEx do not ship to P.O. boxes
- You can use a P.O. box with UPS & FedEx if you provide the physical address of where your P.O. box is physically located.
Payment Methods: We accept the following payment methods: Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover & American Express - It is our policy that if paying by Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express, we will either call you or ask you to give us a call to confirm your order, and provide us with your CVC#. We will send you an email asking you to call us or we will give you a courtesy call to confirm that you are the one who placed the order and that it is your credit card.
- This security measure is to deter fraud.
- Upon calling, we will not attempt any high pressure sales tactics. We find this to be a bad business practice.
- Our employees are aware of this policy and know that it will not be tolerated.
- We want your experience with Kasey's Pit Stop to be the best you have ever had on the Internet.
Autograph Policy: - We guarantee our autographs to be 100% authentic and to pass any further authentication testing
- Only autographs that are obtained through a public or private signing will come with a COA
- Autographs that are obtained by us (i.e. at a racetrack, other stadium where it is not possible to obtain photographs of drivers or players signing do not get COA'S) but are still guaranteed for life.
- We guarantee our autographs for life because our reputation shows in the 10 yrs we have been in business - we have never had an item returned based on authenticity.
- We ask you to use any authentication service that you desire. We will not recommend any.
- At times we will have autographed items that we have had authenticated ourselves, therefore you will get a COA from the authentication service that we will provide.
